Struggling through an intense Chinese class all of freshman year paid off. After two months of traveling East Asia, I've both improved my Mandarin and unlocked a whole new part of the world. Most importantly, I filled a hole in my heart urging me to solo travel since 7th grade. To friends old and new whom I've had the fortune of bumping into, I'll see you soon.
